Self-guided walking on the Rota Vicentina from Odeceixe to Cape St. Vincent.
Itinerary.
Day one: Arrival in the Algarve for a two night stay in the Algarve village of Rogil at a family owned hotel in the centre of the village.
Day two: Welcome meeting after breakfast at your hotel before a transfer to the start of the first walk from Odeceixe back to Rogil. A 15 km (4 hours / easy) hike starting from the centre of the village to take the recently extended Odeceixe beach circuit to Rogil .
Day three: A 15 km (4½ hours / easy) walk continuing on the Historical Way to join the Amoreira beach circuit and then further to Aljezur. You will spend two nights at a delightful guest house situated close to the centre of the village.
Day four: A transfer after breakfast to Arrifana for a 18km (5-6 hours / somewhat difficult) walk, firstly along the Pontal da Atalaia circuit and then back along part of the Historical Way back to Aljezur .
Day five: A transfer after breakfast to Bordeira for a 18km (5 -6 hours / easy) walk, firstly along the "Bordeira to the Sea" circuit and then along the Historical Way to Carrapateira, where you will spend two nights in the village.
Day six: A 10 km (3 - 3½ hours / easy) walk along the "Pontal da Carrapateira" circuit taking in the beaches of Bordeira and Amado.
Day seven: A transfer after breakfast to Vila do Bispo for a 14km (4-4½ hours / somewhat difficult) walk, firstly along the Historical Way and then along the Telheiro beach circuit to Cape St. Vincent. Then a short bus ride or a 5km walk to Sagres, where you will spend the night in a hotel overlooking the ocean.
Day eight: Departure after breakfast by complimentary taxi to Lagos.

Per person based on 2 persons sharing a twin/double room.
From 1 February to 14 May (except Easter holiday period) and from 1 October to 30 November:
€600.00 - main programme.
€180.00 - single room supplement for main programme only.
15 May to 30 June, 11 - 30 September and Easter holiday period 1 April to 15 April:
€690.00 - main programme
€225.00 - single room supplement for main programme only.
€145.00 - solo walker supplement in any period.
Free days for relaxation or other activities can be scheduled into the programme.
Spend one or more nights in Lagos at the end of the programme.
From €60.00 per person per night B&B based on 2 persons sharing a twin/double marina view room.
Combine this programme with any of our Alentejo programmes which end in Odeceixe. Discounts available for combined packages.
Private transfers from regional airports can be arranged. Prices available on request.
What's included.
The standard package includes: 7 nights bed and breakfast in twin/double room with en suite facilities, 6 simple packed lunches + 1.5 l of water each walk day, baggage transfers during tour, specified transfers during tour emergency support phone line, 4x4 emergency support vehicle, obligatory personal accident insurance and walk information pack provided by Ramblin'tejano, our licenced recreational activities operator in Portugal.
Excluding: flights, airport transfers (unless requested), travel insurance*, dinners, other drinks, personal expenses and gratuities.
